We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Castaway’s music video for their song “Falling in My Sleep” (watch it below). The track is the first single taken from the band’s forthcoming EP Duality of Love, which is scheduled to be released on August 25th. You can pre-order the EP here.

Castaway vocalist Nick Worthington comments on the song:

“I wrote this song about the feeling of detachment that comes with anxiety and depression. Often times I’ve found it difficult for me to share what I’m feeling with the people around me because I’ve been afraid of showing a sign of weakness. Reaching out and communicating is not weakness and writing ‘Falling in My Sleep’ was my way of confronting that feeling.”
