We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of NO LIARS’ new music video for their song “Animal” (watch it below). The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming album The Cause & The Cure, which is scheduled to be released in early 2018.

NO LIARS vocalist/guitarist Noah Edwards commented on the song: “‘Animal’ is about struggling with inner turmoil and recognizing the darkest parts of ourselves. We wanted the video to portray the terror of losing touch with reality when facing one’s inner demons.”

Lead singer Morley Graff added: “Making the video was a shit ton of fun. Got to mess up a room and go shoot in some creepy woods [laughs], with a smoke machine!”

NO LIARS is a punk band, straight up, no frills, no gimmicks. The new single “Animal’ shows off their ferocious spirit. With relentless drums, and massive riffs the band hurdles into the void, keeping a Refused like melodic presence throughout the intensity. You can hear the seasoned musicianship throughout, focusing the swirl of noise, a ship pushing through the tumult. Who knew cacophony could be so infectious?

With one self-produced EP under their belts, they enlisted the help of Jesse Gander of Rain City Recorders (Japandroids, White Lung,) to record their first full length, The Cause & The Cure. They enlisted Joao Carvalho (Alexisonfire, Arkells, Silverstein, Protest the Hero) to master the album.
