New Noise Magazine is stoked to be bringing forth the blazing song premiere of “Overdrive” by Tzimani ((pronounced Si-maani). The song is a thrashing speed demon of a hit, only ever slowing down to release a soaring refrain with a powerful vocal delivery. The guitars are downright filthy in their approach, ripping through solos and arpeggios with ease, not to mention the blistering pace of the verse riff. “Overdrive” is the first song from Tzimani’s upcoming self-titled EP, which New Noise Magazine can exclusively say is officially announced. Check out the single below and try not to catch fire from the fiery guitar work. Tzimani will be released on march 9th.

Formed by brothers Sebastian and Eddie Vazquez in 2017, Tzimani is the newest and most exciting addition to the New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal, which has been going strong in North America in recent times, and Tzimani’s inception strengthens it further. Based out of San Diego, California, the project is the brothers’ unadulterated vision of the heavy metal band they want to be in, and their creativity is directly fueled by their passion and love for their favorite bands, in the traditional metal genre, old and new.

“To start our own band in 2017 was a major step that we had been building towards for a while, but to announce our debut EP and get our music out there for people to listen to is a lifelong dream come true. We are absolutely thrilled to reveal the new track, which is an accurate representation of the EP as a whole. We cannot wait to get out and about, and play as many shows in as many cities, states and countries as humanly possible. It has taken a lot of hard work, sacrifice and dedication to get to this point, but the journey of Tzimani has just begun, for us and for you. Crank this tune as loud as you can, and shift to Overdrive!!” – Tzimani
