Amplifest is a rock and multi-genre music festival and conference. The heavier end of rock tends to be the focus, though the likes of Ben Frost and Swans have brought a more atmospheric swirl to the festival in previous years. Amplifest’s incredible setting in Porto is an added bonus. Alongside the music, Amplitalk events provide a chance for artists and fans to take a look at where the industry is, and to encourage some of the great things that are happening both in Europe and beyond.
It is much more than a festival – Amplifest is the event that sums up the whole Amplificasom’s philosophy in a weekend that is meant to be unique and unrepeatable. Made with music lovers in mind, it is an experience to be lived from the first to the last second, and sure to create a lasting impression.
