Heretic Plague are a death/grindcore duo hailing from the U.K.
Their new album is coming out April 7 on Selfmadegod Records called Context Is a Stumbling Corpse.The first single is called “Bleeding Stump Marathon,” and it’s currently available for streaming on the band’s and the label’s Bandcamp.
There, you can also order it on CD or with a Heretic Plague t-shirt. The track starts with some vague mumbling vulgarity before it kicks into high gear. It’s a classic noisy grind with some random sound clips to add atmosphere in a move reminiscent of a more ’90’s gimmick which, with the retro touch, somehow turns it into something fresh.
