Recorded a decade ago and very nearly gone forever, Motion City Soundtrack have dropped the previously-unreleased song “Crooked Ways”.

Not only does it mark the first single since the band’s reformation earlier this year, not only was it produced by blink-182’s Mark Hoppus, but it was also pretty much the main inspiration behind Stephanie Meyers’ new Twilight saga novel, “Midnight Sun”

The band recently released new merch inspired by the song, check it out HERE

They’ve also been busy releasing a limited edition 7” to raise funds for their tour crew and Save Our Stages, available HERE, and collaborated with Legal Speed coffee roasters on a now sold out roast, with 100% of the money made going to the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund.

Check out “Crooked Ways” below, and grab some merch while you can.
