Neocentrics are an indie rock band from Boise, Idaho.
They recently released a new digital single with two tracks. “Told You So” actually has a bit of a post-hardcore/indie punk track with a bit of AJJ’s sense of postmodern irony. “Dog’s Victory” shares some of that postmodern irony but goes a little bit angrier towards it, especially in how effectively shouted the last line of the song is. It’s definitely a very modern and clever concept of punk rock rather than the traditional blunt force anger that is typically associated with punk.
