Ahhh, spring is in the air, but we can’t (legally) enjoy it the way we usually would. Most of us are staying at home. I’ve just been listening to music and sitting on my back porch. With that in mind, Polyvinyl Records Co. have released a compilation album, Stay Home.
Stay Home features artists singed to the midwestern indie label with the proceeds going directly to the artists through Bandcamp’s Pay What You Want (starts at $5 USD).
The original idea for the record was, artists who were directly affected by COVID-19 were invited to record a track for the album. However, interest grew, and the invitation was extended to the rest of the roster.
The result was a 16-track compilation of demos and covers, providing the perfect background to your at-home adventures.
