Todd Briefly is a garage punk artist from London, U.K.

First, “Maps” is a distinctly quirky punk song. With its sparse, simple instrumentation it’s catchy as all get out, but in a very unusual way. There’s a touch of Devo to it, as the song relies on a certain weird charm. Then “Flower Sniffer” has a bit of a faster, steadier beat and a bizarre, mostly spoken vocal performance. Fans of quirky, off-beat punk should check this out because this must be heard to be believed.
