Equal Vision Records’ and Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter, Brian Marquis (ex-Therefore I Am), has announced a West Coast Tour with fellow singer-songwriter, Divided Heaven (Jeff Berman). The tour kicks off in Los Angeles, CA on November 2nd at the Silverlake Lounge and includes shows in California, Oregon, and Washington.
The tour will also be supporting the Love Hope Strength Foundation, the world’s leading rock n roll cancer charity, saving lives one concert at a time by hosting bone marrow donor drives to identify life saving donor matches for blood disorder patients in need of transplants. Brian Marquis is currently working on new material and will be releasing a new single in October. Marquis recently released a fundraising single, a cover of The Ghost Inside track ‘Mercy’ with all proceeds going to the band’s recovery efforts. Through Equal Vision Records, Marquis released a covers EP, I Miss the 90’s, and the full-length, Blood & Spirits, in 2015. On tour, Marquis recently supported Eisley, Ace Enders, and also completed the “Bike & A Mic for A Cure Tour” raising over $10,000 for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy with volunteer group Spaghetti Arms while bicycling 1,200 miles in the Northeast.
Divided Heaven just completed a full-band U.S. Tour in support of their new EP, Pacific Avenue, and their charity single The White Rose; which raised funds for the Syrian Humanitarian Aid group, The White Helmets. Divided Heaven also recently toured the U.S. supporting Travis Hayes and is slated to release a new album (produced by Charlie Stavish) in early 2018.
