We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Carter Lou & The Project’s music video for their song “Trouble” (watch it below). The track is taken from the band’s self-titled debut album, which is available now on iTunes.
Carter Lou commented on the song:
“Trouble” picks up where the “Annabelle” ended, and we see a completely different side to the lead character as he struggles with his mental health, and tirelessly tries to cope with the loss of his lover. The concept for the whole (Annabelle/Trouble) video is based on many experiences I went through back when I was 18, and the people I lost. I was blaming myself for everything that was happening around me, I severely struggled with depression/anxiety, and my ways of coping with everything at the time were less than stellar. “Trouble” is about seeing the beauty in life, and trying to move on despite feeling the weight of losing a loved one, struggling with mental illness, and barely getting by.
