We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of Coldfront’s music video for their song “Everything You Want Me to Be” (watch it below). The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming full-length album, which is scheduled to be released through Equal Vision Records.
Coldfront guitarist/vocalist Chris Casarin commented on the video:
“We filmed the music video in a few different locations around the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and had a blast doing it with our good friend Miguel Barbosa of Yeah! Films. He pushed us out of our comfort zones and really captured our personalities in a way we haven’t shown on film before. My favourite scene to film was Jordan Black’s (Like Pacific) cameo – it was just hilarious to watch him hit Tom with that hot dog. Not to mention, minutes before that scene some drunk guy tried to steal the camera, not realizing we had a crew of 20 all watching it go down.”
The Canadian pop punk outfit released their latest EP, Is This Where They Found You?, last July on Equal Vision Records. The five track album can be streamed below and includes the band’s music videos for “Shed Light” and “Molly Blooms”. Is This Where They Found You? is available physically here and on tour, and digitally through iTunes, GooglePlay, AmazonMP3 and Spotify.
Coldfront is comprised of Thomas Stewart (vocals), Christopher Casarin (guitar, vocals), Jared Cipak (guitar), Michael Kelly (drums) and Paul Szachlewicz (bass). To date, the band has released three EPs – Is This Where They Found You? (2016), Some Things Never Change (2014) and their self-titled debut (2013).
Coldfront played their first show ever at the Toronto date of 2013 Vans Warped Tour and have since gone on to share stages with the likes of Knuckle Puck, Such Gold, and Like Pacific and perform at festivals such as KOI Fest alongside Silverstein, Every Time I Die, Counterparts and more.
