In 2022, they brought on two new members, Adam and Jenna … To mark the new lineup, they changed the name of the band to Sunday Complex. The band formed back in 2014, under the moniker of Almost Home, but in 2022, they underwent a name change to Sunday Complex.

Guitarist Josh Nold on working on The Blossom Sessions:

“I’ve always been a big fan of Tiny Desk and AudioTree, and what Ale has done with the Blossom Sessions has really brought that to another level. When I found out we were gonna be a part of this, I had a lot of ideas on what song we should choose and Not Lost was the only choice that made sense. It’s about taking the time to find yourself, especially in today’s world, where every thing moves so fast. Tabs and I have been making music together for 10 years now, and performed as an acoustic duo for most of them. “Not Lost” originally started out as a song called “Lost and Found,” but after forming Sunday Complex with Adam, and my little sister, Jenna, we decided completely rewriting the song was the way to go with only one line from the original making it to this version. It turned out to be one of the best songs we’ve written. The Blossom Sessions was the perfect opportunity for us to go back to our roots and strip Not Lost down to a heartfelt ballad and I love the acoustic version.”
