Common Grounds Records had this to say about the partnership:
“We feel like now more than ever there has been a lot of negativity and problematic issues surrounding our community, and we wanted to prove that there are still good people and good things that can come out of it. So we asked all our friends and family in music to come together for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. It didn’t matter what genre they were or how established they are. ‘Good Vibes Only’ and the bicoastal Common Ground festivals are purely about good music for a good cause. No contribution is too small and we hope you will be a part of it with us.”
