Our second to be announced cover for issue 64 is the biggest new band of the year: L.S. Dunes. The band is fronted by Anthony Green (Saosin, Circa Survive), with Frank Iero (My Chemical Romance), Tucker Rule and Tim Payne (Thursday), and Travis Stever (Coheed and Cambria).They’ve only played a handful of shows, but their post-punk and hardcore resume speaks for itself.
Their new record, Past Lives, is coming out November 11 via Fantasy Recordings, and we’re thrilled to feature them on the cover with an exclusive flexi you can only get here!

The issue comes with an exclusive flexi featuring the demo version of their track “2022.” The issue als0 features a second exclusive flexi track, Show Me The Body’s live version of their album track “We Came To Play.” We’re ending the year with an issue packed with great features and two songs we’re excited to share.

Guitarist Frank Iero (also of My Chemical Romance fame), says about the new band:
“It sounds silly, but the excitement I have for this band and these songs is like what you have in high school when you start your first band. I really believe in it. I think it has legs, and I want to ride it into the sun. The reactions so far have been amazing. So I’m really looking forward to releasing the record and playing more shows. I can’t wait for people to hear what we have made, and I think that if the first show was any indication as to what’s to come, then we have a really amazing tour coming up.”
