The new film and the remastered release of Ten Spot come on the heels of the release of Wedren’s first solo album in nearly a decade Adult Desire. Additionally, Wedren has created an extremely innovative virtual reality app to accompany the release called Adult Desire 360, which is comprised of three panoramic music videos centered around themes of love, home, sex, family, and age. Over the course of the next year, Craig plans to release at least two more volumes, each adding to the overall story of Adult Desire. These unique video EPs will each feature different sets of songs from the album and be unique to each viewing.

Wedren describes Adult Desire, the first record he’s made since moving to Los Angeles, as “Domestic Surrealism.” A deeply melodic collision of acoustic and electronic elements, with Wedren’s singular voice, lyrics, and fractal arrangements mapping the complexities of adulthood in a way that feels both familiar and entirely unique, it pinpoints “the strange magnificence of family, home, and age; and the weirdness of the mundane… kind of like the way David Lynch holds for just-too long on a shot of a lawn, turning it into something monstrous and beautiful. It’s basically a freaky love-letter to my wife and to my life; and of course, to our son.” You can download Adult Desire if you PRESS HERE.
