Dirty Dishes Premiere Music Video For “Lackluster”

Jenny Tuite leads the New York based act Dirty Dishes, who are premiering a music video for “Lackluster” today. The song comes from Guilty, a record that was released last year via Exploding In Sounds Records. The song trudges through atmospheric landscapes that are grandiose in nature, letting Tuite’s voice pulse in between the swirling ambience. The video features live shots from Dirty Dishes mixed with in with dazzling colors. The video, directed by Bradford Kreiger (Soft Fangs, Horse Jumper of Love, etc) transforms the song into an experience rather than just a piece of music.

Guilty as a record plays much like a dream, featuring music that is aware of the space in the headphones to work with. The album was engineered by Chris Thompson and record in Thompson’s garage. Dirty Dishes is planning a small tour to continue support of the record, with the help of this video for “Lackluster.”
