Chicago post-hardcore quartet Droughts is hitting the road this November and venturing out east for a number of tour dates. With a sound comparable to such bands as Thursday, Touché Amoré, and Frameworks, Droughts have spent 5+ years carving out a name for themselves in the Midwest DIY scene with their brand of emo-tinged post-hardcore.
The band has been busy over the past year, releasing the discography album All Together earlier this year through Skeletal Lightning. All Together is a compilation of all the band’s previous releases including their debut EP Unmoved, tracks from their splits with William Bonney and Frameworks, Prawn, and Kittyhawk, as well as three new tracks that show the direction the band is heading on their debut full-length, which will be released through Skeletal Lightning early in 2017.
