Punk superstars, Fake Names have released their first new track and announced their new self- titled album, dropping May 8 through Epitaph Records.
Fake Names is made up of Brian Baker (Minor Threat, Dag Nasty, Bad Religion), Michael Hampton (S.O.A., Embrace, One Last Wish), Dennis Lyxzén(Refused, International Noise Conspiracy, INVSN), and Johnny Temple (Girls Against Boys, Soulside).
Their new single, “First Everlasting,” is a testament to Bad Religion inspired melodies and thought-provoking lyrics.
The self-titled is co-produced by Hampton and Geoff Sanoff (A Perfect Circle, Jawbox). Taking inspiration from the early U.K. tyle punk and power pop. This debut takes all the best from the collective talents and styles of the individuals.
