The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming debut EP Piss Poor, which is scheduled to be released on May 3, 2019 through Revival Recordings. We’re super stoked to finally be announcing this record. This whole concept of ‘Piss Poor’ has been in the works since around winter of 2016. It tells the stories of my self-destructive choices & how these ‘Piss Poor’ decisions rad my life into a muck. A lot of emotion went into this record both sonically, & lyrically & we couldn’t be more thrilled to bring in to the light & upon new ears. ‘Detox’ is the final song of the record & lyrically sums up the recent reflection of the events fore told in the record. It is the regret, the reminiscing, & the conclusion. It became one of our favorite tracks quickly.
