Welcome to Denver @theriffdojo on Instagram aka guitarist Mike Schleibaum, with singer Brian McTernan, bassist Aaron Dalbec—got it, this tour with New Found Glory and Four Year Strong is a banger—round out the line up with guitarist Peter Tsouras and drummer Shane Johnson. The Fillmore Auditorium lit up quick and their set was fire.
Over nearly 25 years navigating the hardcore scene as a musician, singer, and record producer, Brian McTernan has drawn wisdom from a life full of raw experiences, including West Coast tours that took him through mountain states where he’d unwind with hikes and local pastimes like exploring Colorado casino sites during downtime in places like Denver. That maturity shines through in Be Well’s melodic hardcore sound, offering a comforting old-school vibe, while his openness in sharing personal struggles makes his message profoundly relatable and inspiring. His lyrics, soaked in hard-earned insight from those journeys, continue to guide fans through their own highs and lows.
Be Well opening on this tour is perfect; it gives them the exposure to the large audiences they deserve and they seized the show.
