Senses Fail played a sold out Stone Pony by the beach on Thursday night. This night’s show was the band’s homecoming date on the tour. The set started off with “The Burial of the Dead,” off the band’s most recent LP, Hell is in Your Head, which was released this past summer. The set continued with fan favorites such as “Calling All Cars,” “Rum is for Drinking, Nor for Burning,” and “NJ Falls into the Atlantic.”
Fans grew louder and louder after every song the band played, you could tell that Senses Fail were welcomed back home in the best way possible. The band played 16 songs in the set, followed by a 2 song encore. During the encore, fans went crazy for “Can’t Be Saved,” and “Bite to Break Skin.” All in all, Senses Fail never disappoints – The energy the entire night was incredibly high between both the band and the fans, even with the chilly weather outside. The band is currently on the Hell is in Your Head tour through the end of the year, be sure to catch them if you have the chance.
