We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of The Grievance Club’s music video for their song “Sculpture” (watch it below). The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming Hive EP, which will be available everywhere on June 29th through all major digital distributors, including Spotify, Apple Music, Google Play and Bandcamp.
The band commented:
We have been waiting for these songs to see the light of day for a little while now, and feel like they represent the most vibrant and colorful effort we have ever taken as a band. Whenever the burnout begins to sink in, ‘Sculpture’ is a reminder to ourselves to recall what drove us to pursue our passion in the first place: to remember the youthful, serotonin-fueled chaos and entropy in the room when we first started to involve ourselves in live music. And consequently, looking back on that feeling now, after it has become such an ingrained part of one’s life, and the fear that you’ve become desensitized, that the rush has subdued over time. ‘Hollow fury fades… Prize the rush we crave’ references the effort to offset that fear by remembering that initial drive for what you crave, and putting that on a pedestal as something to consistently reach toward.
