We’re pleased to bring you the premiere of J. Bonigno’s music video for his song “Why Not” (watch it below). The track is taken from his San Minotauro EP, which is available now digitally and on green cassette through Bandcamp.
I shot these snippets of my travels in Vancouver BC on an iPhone in September. We got gorgeous weather and I was fascinated in the harmony between a huge urban metropolis along the water with the vivid green forests along the mountains. DIY recording and producing is super expressive as it is, adding rhythmically coordinated video I shot and edited too helps the message of the music bleed through even more.
