Brooklyn’s Journalism released their full length debut, Faces on March 4th via Dead Stare Records and today they’re excite to announce their upcoming April tour dates and share the video for “Faces I” (watch below). Journalism’s sound is complex throughout Facesas the quartet explore the vast realms of guitar rock and indie pop, surging between fuzzy krautrock, epic art pop, and “college” rock influences that blend together for an impactful listen.

Speaking about “Faces I” MTV said the band’s krautrock inspired single “pushes hypnotically through the weight of “playing rock and roll” when “no one hears the words.” On the track, frontman Kegan Zema coolly laments of quotidian struggles over an urging beat and piercing guitars.” On the video itself, MTV noted the clip “captures the song’s sharp, angular vibe through zooming live footage and playful cuts.”
