Joyce Manor have shared the video for “Eighteen,” the latest track from their critically adored new album Cody. Directed by band friend Bob Vielma, the “Eighteen” video features behind-the-scenes and live footage filmed on Joyce Manor’s fall tour with Crying.
As the follow-up to Joyce Manor’s watershed 2014 album Never Hungover Again, Cody came to life in a period of intense creative renewal for vocalist/guitarist Barry Johnson, guitarist Chase Knobbe, drummer Jeff Enzor, and bassist Matt Ebert. The band’s most intimate yet sonically expansive work so far, the album was produced by Rob Schnapf (Elliott Smith, Cass McCombs, Kurt Vile, Guided By Voices).
