King Shelter have premiered their new track “Gholy Host.” Crafting a genre that the band has coined “Salad Rock,” King Shelter creates a healthy mixture of rock that consists of surf, grunge, alternative, and anything in between. With the obvious layers of intertwining genres (or ingredients, like a salad) creating a unique sound, they also bring their complex lyrics and ideas to remind listeners to think for themselves and that no one person is better than another—in other words, it’s music made for the people, by the people.

“’Gholy Host’ is saying that there are much bigger things than politics and much more important things than being correct in an argument. I want to keep faith in the human race.” – King Shelter
