Los Huaycos fans are getting stoked for February 8, when the band’s full-length, Savage Monstrosities, will be released via Tankcrimes.
“Los Huaycos are Peruvian transplants who moved into Tankcrimes’ headquarters and started making a racket,” said Tankcrimes chief Scotty Heath. “This album sounds like Y2K thrash (think 625 Records) meets skate rock/hardcore (think JFA, Gang Green) meets noise rock weirdo jams (think AmRep, Cows).”
A track from the brand-new album, “Deforestation,” is streaming now.
