New Noise Magazine is proud to bring forth “Sinking,” from University Drive. The band hails from Scranton, Pennsylvania and is gearing up to release their debut record On/Off: Reset on March 31st via Fightless Records. The song itself is harrowing, lensed on a dark time in one’s life. The guitar solo features dissonant guitars bending out of the shape, the overall pace of the tune trudges along with emotionally riveting vocals. It’s a great audio painting of how monotonous life can continue to become if we let it.

Vocalist Ed Cuozzo says about the song, “‘Sinking’ is a song I wrote when I was in a pretty bad spot. I think it’s pretty self explanatory, but I wrote it about the first time I truly thought about giving up on my ambitions.”

Pre-order On/Off: Reset here.
