Wilmington, NC’s Museum Mouth is now premiering a music video for “Riff From My Head.” The track comes from the band’s latest album, Popcorn Fish Guinea Pig, which is out now on Rory Records – Max Bemis of Say Anything’s imprint within Equal Vision Records.
Museum Mouth is currently on tour with Young and Heartless and Kississippi. The band is also set to support Against Me! on March 11 in Wilmington, NC. All upcoming tour dates can be found below.
“We shot this in San Diego while on tour with Say Anything and basically just got up early, went to [director] Blake Raynor’s studio with all the dumb stuff we had in our van, and started shooting with zero plan,” recalls Museum Mouth vocalist/drummer Karl Kuehn. “I think at one point Blake and I were talking about doing a shot for shot remake of Everclear’s vid for “Santa Monica”??? That obviously didn’t happen, but I’m glad he remembered I love Everclear. Don’t know where he got wind that I was obsessed with Draconic subtitles but I’m glad that made it in there too.”
