The video takes a look at the band’s life on the road, playing through different bars and driving through different cities. With video angles that change as quick as the band’s riffs speed through the tune, its one fiery approach that makes sure the blood is bumping!
“We are excited to release our latest video in support of our upcoming album “Warlust” due out February 15th via Iron Shield Records/Timeworn Records! The video features a run of the mill day for the band before we head out and rip one at a local Boston show featuring live footage from our set with Satan on their recent U.S. tour as well as some other drunken shenanigans. To those of you out there who are not aware that you’re being led like cattle in a world of consumerism we are here to let you know that they are programming you NOW!” – Black Mass
Black Mass is a three-piece Thrash Metal band formed in early 2012. A power trio with a focus for the true sound of thrash, the band derives influences from 80’s Thrash (Slayer/Razor), Old School Death Metal (Death/Morbid Angel), Scandinavian Black Metal (Darkthrone/Aura Noir), and Overcharged Rock n’ Roll (Motörhead/Inepsy). The band released their first EP titled “The Second Coming” in April 2013 which saw local support throughout the North East U.S. and a 10 date tour in Europe. After an extensive amount of live performances throughout the North East with both local and national acts the band followed up with their first full length release in October 2015 titled “Ancient Scriptures”. In support of this release the band has completed three separate East Coast tours, two tours throughout the West Coast, and three tours in Northeastern Canada between 2015-2018. In May of 2017 the band released a two track demo, recorded at Converse Rubber Tracks Studio, to showcase material from their upcoming sophomore album. They have since entered the recording studio with Mystic Valley Studio in April 2018 to complete tracking for their upcoming full length release titled “Warlust”.
