Aaron West & the Roaring Twenties, the conceptual side project of The Wonder Years singer Dan “Soupy” Campbell, released the first single and title track off their upcoming album In Lieu of Flowers. The new album is scheduled to drop on April 12 via Hopeless Records. You can watch the music video for the single below.
In Lieu of Flowers is a follow up to the bands’ 2019 album Routine Maintenance.
The album was the work of a 16-piece band. According to a press release, the 11-song LP “picks up where Routine Maintenance left off” and hears fictional character Aaron “finally tend to the wounds he’s ignored for over a decade.”
