News: Alternative Metal Duo Bridges Ablaze are ‘Forever Fallen’ on New Single

bridges ablaze

With a sonic output as vivid as their moniker, Bridges Ablaze have unleashed their genre-defying new single, “Forever Fallen.”

The ambitious Texan duo marry alternative metal inspired riffs with tantalizing breakdowns and euphoric choruses. Speaking on the new track, the band’s Brien Allen explains: “‘Forever Fallen’ is a deeply personal song about despair and hope.”

Elaborating, Allen shares: “It’s a song that reaches into the darkest parts of life and distills the elements of such situations, ranging from brokenness and hopelessness to resiliency and faith. This song is a tribute to the trials in life that we’ve had to face.”

Bred by an “all-in” passion and a mutual disdain for the status-quo, Austin, Texas’ Bridges Ablaze is the predestined voice for a generation that refuses to be put into a box. The duo, comprised of Brien Allen and Ruben Zamora, don’t bend their identity to any one idea. Rather, they draw from specific influences, ranging from death metal to jazz and beyond, to craft their own sound that is equal parts unique and anthemic.

Bridges Ablaze’s debut single, “Hellbent,” provides a soundscape that blurs the lines between heavy sub-genres in a way that is raw, honest. Finding their feet at the first time of asking with a track that emits emotion and honesty is impressive in it’s own right, but the Texan duo’s rookie release has gone on to stream over 350K times on Spotify, with Bridges Ablaze.

A dazzling cover of 30 Seconds To Mars hit single “The Kill” reiterated the band’s technical prowess whilst delivering a bold and reimagined take on a seminal track in the genre.
