Pop-punk band Always Grounded release their latest tune, “Tired Bones.” It is a blitzkrieg of a track form the Connecticut crew that delivers for long time fans of the genre.
“I wrote ‘Tired Bones’ about feeling like when I was younger, I was made all the false promises from adults that never came to fruition,” says band frontman RJ Dionne says. “It left a constant feeling of failure in the back of my mind, like no matter how much I succeed or am ahead in life, I’m still feeling behind.”
Dionne’s background is an interesting one, working as a an amateur wrestler along with his work as a musician. Always Grounded was formed by Dionne and his brother, Eli.
The band dropped their debut album Letters To My Youth in 2021 and has been growing ever since. The new song “Tired Bones” is a the smoothest track from the Always Grounded yet.
