Singer/Songwriter Arsun has shared the video for his single, “On the Dark Water’s Edge.” This track will be featured on his debut LP, Babe I Hear Thunder in Your Heart, set for a release date of Winter 2024.
Featured in a recent Yves Saint Laurent campaign, “On the Dark Water’s Edge” is seemingly a tribute to urban pastorals, such as Martin Scorsese’s Means Streets and Wim Wenders’ The American Friend. The music video captures the song’s understated vintage feel.
This rich, filmic companion was directed by Tasmin Meyer Ersahin, utlizing Arsun’s blend of “classic rock with a fresh voice” to create a unique viewing experience.
Having spent the last five years touring with Cat Power, Arsun has been fortunate enough to perform in many venues all over the world, including Royal Albert Hall and the Sydney Opera House.
