News: Better Lovers’ Debut Album ‘Highly Irresponsible’

Better Lovers Album Release

Out October 25 via SharpTone Records, Better Lovers band, hailing from Buffalo, New York, are releasing their debut album Highly Irresponsible.

Challenging each other to progress, members of the featured band—Jordan Buckley (guitar), Clayton “Goose” Holyoak (drums), Stephen Micciche (bass), Greg Puciato (vocals), and Will Putney (guitar)—challenge heavy genres to progress and change with them.

Hosting a forward momentum, chemistry barring on unholy cohesion with full-throttle and relentless energy, Better Lovers naturally evolved on their 2024 release, Highly Irresponsible.

Puciato keeps it simple: “New album. First full-length. It’s a typical thing to say, but we’re excited to start getting this thing out there. Everyone really brought their best to this and brought out the best in each other.”

Capitalizing on the momentum established from their EP release just last year, with sold-out tour dates and overwhelming rave reviews, the band hope to catalyze this reaction for their first full-length.

Igniting 10 tracks with just as much intensity in style as in mentality, Better Lovers will likely assume their position in the scene as both dynamic and destructive.

Tracks off the record encapsulate all that is sinister and melodic, with hammering lyrics, gritty guitar rolls and punchy drumbeats, Better Lovers has it all. Don’t wait to listen.

Ready to take the stage, Better Lovers will feature songs from their new record on three legs of their North American tour, playing with local legends Full of Hell, SPY, and the likes of Gouge Away etc.
