Indie-pop solo act Blondshell dropped a new video for her song “Salad” recently off of her self-titled debut album. The video, directed by Nick Harwood, tells the story of a group of three self-sufficient women playing out a vigilante revenge fantasy after a friend’s abuser is absolved. The video features Blondshell herself as well as Rana Ghiassi and Ruby Cruz of Mare of Eastown and Willow fame. Along with the release of the single came the announcement that Blondshell would be joining Liz Phair on her 30th anniversary tour for Exile in Guyville.
