After the resounding success of their 50th anniversary celebration, Ghost Stories pushes the band gearing up for a new chapter in their lengthy career. It also marks a fitting finale to the recording legacy from one of rock’s most iconic acts from the last 50 years. Ghost Stories also shows a collection set to captivate fans with a collection of both completed and re-imagined songs spanning from 1978 to 2016. All except for one of these tracks are considered the lost gems, originally recorded between 1978 and 983, by their enthusiasts. The exception being “If I Fell” which was recorded in 2016.

The album was completed by Richie Castellano, alongside the remaining original members, Eric Bloom and Donald “Buck Dharma” Roeser. Albert Bouchard and Rick Downey will be appearing on drums with some overdubs recorded by Joe Bouchard. The band’s original audio engineer, George Geranios, produced the tracks with the band. Originally recorded on reel-to-reel analog tape, Geranios transferred them to digital audio, where modern AI and musical talent meet. The collection got unmixed and then mixed again. It was produced by Steven Schenck and Richie Castellano to become the album known as Ghost Stories.
