Good news, boils and ghouls! The gothy sex shamans Boy Harsher have just announced a new album- an original soundtrack that they scored for a horror film called The Runner. The album will be out on January 21, 2022 on Nude Club/City Slang.
Oh, did we say that the Northhampton duo scored The Runner? Well, I guess we should mention that they directed it too! Sorry, sometimes we get a little excited and things slip our minds. You’ve been there too, don’t judge!

On the new album and single, vocalist Jae Matthews offered the following
“We wrote ‘Tower’ several years ago and although it’s evolved over the years, its initial intent remains the same – that feeling of being enveloped, suffocated, entrapped in a relationship, which in turn manifests into reckless attack. What you love the most can make you into a monster. And that’s what this song is about, being a paralyzed fiend.”
