News: Bush Tetras Announce New Album “They Live In My Head”

Persevering through decades of punk music, New York legends, Bush Tetras announced the release of their first new album in over a decade, They Live In My Head, out July 28 on Wharf Cat Records.

The band’s last released was the 2018 EP Take the Fall. At the same time of the release, the band were hit with a major loss—Their long time drummer, Dee Pop, passed away. During the time of his death, the band was working on their next album, and in honor of his memory, the band knew that they had to finish what they started.

From that, we get They Live In My Head, produced by Sonic Youth’s Steve Shelley, who also served as the drummer on the LP.  To celebrate the announcement of the new release, the band shared their first single off of the album last week, a track titled “Things I Put Together.”
