Connecticut alternative/emo festival Shoreline Summer Festival have announced this year’s line-up. The festival takes place on Saturday July 15 @ The Beeracks in East Haven, CT. Doors open at 12 p.m. (21-plus, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian).
The festival is headlined by Carly Cosgrove, with Fred Mascherino (Taking Back Sunday, The Color Fred), Mighty Tortuga and Mandala also taking the stage.

Festival Director TJ Redding explains: “The local music scene is so important. Not only does it give everyone the chance to have a creative outlet and become a part of something they love, it opens the opportunity for them to share their art.”
Redding continues: “The inception of this festival was based on one simple idea: providing these local musicians with a platform to showcase their talent to a core audience, provided by the headlining acts.”
Completing the line-up are: Shortwave, GVRDEN, Say What You Will, Anthms, Point Radar, ¡Ponce!, Scooped Up, and Snowpiler.
In addition to the day of music, Shoreline Summer Festival offer myriad attractions and activities. Food enthusiasts can indulge in a diverse array of delights from local vendors, while art aficionados can peruse and purchase unique creations at the arts and crafts fair. Festival-exclusive micro-brews crafted by Hoax Brewing will tantalize the tastebuds of beer connoisseurs, adding to the distinctive festival experience.
