In a convergence of Canadian punk history, Chixdiggit! and Bovine Sex Club will celebrate their 30th anniversaries together with a trio of shows in early November.

Chixdiggit! serve as a sort of northern answer to Blink-182. Initially formed for an excuse to sell t-shirts with the name, the band has continued firing out snotty pop-punk for three decades. Throughout their career, the K.J. Jansen-led band have released music with alternative label giants Sub Pop Records and Fat Wreck Chords.

Toronto’s Bovine Sex Club has led a parallel life in punk. From its dada, found object exterior to its consistent stream of top notch punk and alternative bookings, the dive bar has remained a countercultural hub across its whole existence.

The celebration will take place November 4 through 6 with two different bands joining Chixdiggit! each night. Each show costs $20, and doors open at 9 p.m. Find more info here, and see the full lineups below.
