South London band Fat Dog, with the help of Domino Records, released their second single, “All The Same,” along with a music video for it. The song was co-produced by Fat Dog’s frontman, Joe Love, and James Ford. As for the video, it was directed by Dylan Coates and stars Neil Bell. It’s a twisted, absurdist tale of time travel and fatherhood. “All The Same” is a propulsive and galvanizing track that’s underpinned by orchestra hits and eagle noises as it races along to a dramatic conclusion in under three minutes.
Fat Dog on “All The Same”:
“What if you could turn the clock back and make a change? Just a single, well-placed kick,
that perhaps could change the whole course of your life. Perhaps the party never has to stop?”

The band have been named as “2023’s wildest live band” by NME. They have been building a reputation with their joyous chaotic shows during their time opening for Viagra Boys, Shame, and Yard Act. Now they’re going to make their United States debut in March with shows at South by South West (SXSW), New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Their next hometown show will be a headline gig in April at the 1500-capacity Electric Brixton as a sign of the excitement growing around this band.
Alongside the news of the second single, there’s also been numerous shows announced in Europe and United States.
