News: Faux Phobic Releases New Song ‘Money’

Faux Phobic

Alternative rock artist Faux Phobic releases his latest track “Money.” The song is the second on streaming services from the new artist.

“’Money’ is about when I was working at a job for seven years, and I found out my coworkers were getting paid more than me,” mastermind behind Faux Phobic, Jonathan Wisniewski, says. “I just felt like I was being used, so I decided to quit and go all in with music and audio engineering.”

“Money” blends a contemporary rock, The Strut’s-esque sound with splashes of pop-punk and post hardcore. Wisniewski has the pipes to take off.

“It’s also a little bit about how people don’t really care about your passions unless you’re successfully make money from it,” Wisniewski continues. “Like there’s no ‘value’ in creating things for your own personal happiness.”

Apart from Faux Phobic, Wisniewski records, mixes and masters music at Second River Studios. You can learn more about his work and new music here.
