Punk rock band Floor Space released their introspective new album Maybe This Is It. The record is produced by John Naclerio, who helped craft albums from My Chemical Romance and Brand New, among many others.
The 10-track album hits on themes of punk rock politics, Catholic school trauma, escapism, heartbreak, self sabotage, and silver linings. Singer-songwriter and instrumentalist Charlie Bruno portrays the relatable traumas of growing up with a combination of tongue-in-cheek wordplay and blunt writing.
On Maybe This Is It, Floor Space showcase their Green Day-esque riffs and infectious melodies. The album will find a home with anyone longing for the ’90’s form of the scene legends.
Floor Space are wrapping up multiple album release shows spanning from New York to Pennsylvania. They will likely take the electric live act on the road elsewhere soon. Keep a close eye for shows and new music here.
