News: Fu Manchu Mark 30 Years with World Tour

Genre-defining, stoner rock quartet Fu Manchu will mark 30 years as a band in the most appropriate way—with an enormous world tour. The dates will stretch from spring to fall, cover much of the U.S. and Europe, and even hit a few festivals along the way. Fu Manchu’s celebration of three decades will culminate with some year-end shows in the band’s home state of California.

It was way back in 1990 that Fu Manchu came blasting out of the desert with their strange brew of heavy metal, psychedelic rock, and hardcore punk. Founder/guitarist/vocalist Scott Hill says, “It’s hard to believe that Fu Manchu has been making music for 30 years. We can’t wait to get on the road this year to celebrate and to play some new songs, some old songs, and some new old songs.”
