Post-punk legends Gang Of Four are set to release a massive, limited edition vinyl box set of early material through Matador Records on December 11th. Gang Of Four: 77-81 will contain the band’s first two LPs, an LP collection of early singles, and a double live LP from 1980.

But wait, there’s more! 77-81 will also include a 26 song cassette featuring unreleased outtakes, rarities and demos from the Entertainment!/Solid Gold era, and a 100 page hardbound book with never before seen photos and essays.

More than four decades removed from their humble beginnings, Gang Of Four remain as influential as ever. The death of founding guitarist Andy Gill earlier this year has caused many people reflect on their incredible catalog.
