Philly quartet Timelost have released a new single, “Alone, Clean, and Slow,” from their upcoming album Gushing Interest, out February 26 via Church Road Records.

Self-described as a “grungegaze” outfit, Timelost’s unique sound is a throwback to the alt-rock voyages of the early ’90s with a decidedly modern sheen. Fans of classic groups like Smashing Pumpkins, Hum, and Sonic Youth will find a lot to love in Gushing Interest.

On the release of their latest single, Timelost says:

“Another rainy day, another existential meltdown. ‘Alone, Clean, and Slow’ is about hanging onto a ledge of insecurities and letting yourself go. Curbing all your doubts and pushing through your fear of failure to create something you’re proud to show to the world.”
