L.A. industrial-rock outfit Health have announced their upcoming LP, Rat Wars, due out December 7 via Loma Vista Recordings. In addition to unveiling the album’s details, the group shared two singles, “Children Of Sorrow” and “Sicko,” as well as 2024 headlining tour dates.
Capitalizing on their deep-seated relationship with metal music, “Children Of Sorrow” features Lamb Of God’s Willie Adler providing his signature riffage. Alternatively, “Sicko” samples Godflesh’s “Like Rats,” which further enhances the track’s heavy, industrial elements.

Rat Wars features a collection of the group’s most violent yet vulnerable songs, while simultaneously being their most comprehensive artistic statement. Produced by Stint (Oliver Tree, Demi Lovato) and mixed by Lars Stalfors (SALEM, The Neighbourhood), the album comes packed with a meticulously aggressive production detail.
