Swedish progressive metal quintet Helga present their second single “Burden,” from their upcoming album Wrapped In Mist. The song was brilliantly produced and mixed by Luiz Felipe Netto. Brad Boatright tactfully mastered the song at Audiosiege. “Burden” reflects on a very personal discovery by frontwoman Helga Gabriel. The song showcases that she finds her place in the world.

“The first track written for the album, ‘Burden’ was inspired by the pain of leaving my home in the Dalarna woods and the hope that comes with new connections and relationships.”
